Three Day Intense Version - Leading Transformation
active learning to help you lead service transformation
Thanks for participating in the three day version of our Leading Transformation Programme - we hope you enjoyed it and are putting into practice your learning.
To help you continue your Leading Transformation journey below are our online modules that relate to the material we covered during the three days please feel free to use this material to recap or build on your learning as required.
Public services face an environment of growing complexity. It is no longer possible to achieve results alone, you must collaborate. And it is no longer possible to lead solely from your expertise and authority and give direction. The modules provide actionable insights and tools for improved results through better collaboration, understanding of human behaviour, and appreciation of complexity and systems.
You will find:
- A set of online learning modules (video and audio) with short quizzes
- Self-directed and peer discussion learning
- Online forum and reference documents
Please take the time to explore the materials and share your experiences with each other. Any questions let us know.
